Saturday was lovely, sunny and warm. Got there around 9:30 and saw Calliope and Deb on their way out with flats full of tomatoes! The Farministas were there (formerly Eulalio's Farm) and selling like crazy. The usual: $4 each, 4 for $15. Got the usual 2 Robesons, 2 Sungold. I also picked up 2 basil starts (one red, one green — Christmas!) to round the total up to an even $20.
Ran into my neighbor Maureen and later, of course, the ever-fabulous Bev. She's doing well, said she only needs her new supplemental oxygen for when she's chasing after Johnny Depp.
Headed home, later went over to the
LCS for Free Comic Book Day and to bring lunch to Bram, Kevin, Diestler, Skylar, Tim, and Eduardo (and spot them so they could eat).
